Please note: kits are in production now and arrive in late November. Every order ships the moment they land — order by December 15 and it's guaranteed under the tree for Christmas.

The kit is the gear. The program is the edge.

The Warmup Kit is the exact warmup system Coach Wapps uses with his private goalies, packed into one box. A single private session costs more than this entire kit — this is that coaching, built into a routine you run every ice time, all season.

Why goalies can't skip the warmup

Goaltending is the most hip-punishing position in hockey. In a season-long study of elite goaltenders, 69% dealt with hip or groin problems — most of them overuse, the kind that builds slowly when young goalies drop into the butterfly cold, game after game. The fix is boring and proven: structured warmups cut injuries in young athletes by roughly a third. Not a gadget — a routine. Almost no young goalie has one. That's what this box is.

Sharp from the first shot, fresh for the next one

Research shows reaction time and tracking are trainable skills — that's the ball work, waking up eyes and hands before the puck drops. And recovery is proven too: self-massage rolling cut next-day soreness by about half in studies, while light movement on off days clears fatigue better than full rest. Warm up, cool down, stay loose — the kit covers all three.

What's in the box

  • 5 hip bands, five strengths — you grow, the kit keeps up
  • 3 racket balls — hand-eye wall work and juggling progressions
  • 1 reaction ball — bounces wrong on purpose; chaos is what reflexes feed on
  • 1 lacrosse ball — roll out after the ice; stiff tomorrow or sharp tomorrow

And the real value: the full Increase Warmup Program, included

Gear without a plan gets left in the bag. Every kit includes the complete program — the 13-movement pre-ice warmup, the 11-drill hand-eye wall routine, the post-ice cooldown, the off-day mobility routine, plus bonus partner and wall-juggling drills. No guessing which band, how many reps, or what order. Open the box, follow the program, play better.

Pre-ice. Post-ice. At home. One kit, the whole season.
