The Goalie Warmup Kit is everything a young goalie needs to prepare like a pro — before the ice, after the ice, and at home. Built by Coach Wapps and the Increase Performance team, it comes with the complete IP Warmup Program: step-by-step routines that tell your goalie exactly what to do with every piece in the bag.

What's in the kit:

• 5 hip bands — five strengths, so the kit grows with your goalie (ages 6–16)
