Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they're unworn, unused, and in original condition. To start a return, email us at kenny@increaseperformance.ca. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund goes to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Online training programs are non-refundable once access has been granted. For damaged or defective items, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
